Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026. This policy explains what QuoteSprint does with your data and the data of the clients you quote.

1. Who we are

QuoteSprint is a product of Tap One Marketing (“we”, “us”), a business registered in England and Wales and the operator of quotesprint.space.

Tap One Marketing is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller under UK GDPR.

We are the data controller for account data and a data processor for the client information you enter into your quotes.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, business details, logo and billing information.

Quote data: client names, contact details, site addresses, measurements, prices and documents you create.

Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and basic usage logs used to keep the service secure and working offline.

3. How we use it

To run your account, generate quotes, SLAs, agreements and invoices, take subscription payments, send service emails, provide support and improve the product.

We never sell your data and we do not use your client lists for marketing.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and reseller for Tap One Marketing. Paddle receives your billing details in order to take payment, handle tax compliance and issue invoices.

Card details are never stored on QuoteSprint or Tap One Marketing servers.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security so merchants can only read their own records. Quotes cached on your device for offline use are removed when you sign out.

6. Retention

We keep account and quote data for as long as your account is active, then for up to 6 years where required for tax and accounting records. You can request earlier deletion of non-statutory data.

7. Who we share data with

Service providers who host and run the app (cloud hosting, database, email delivery), Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for payments and invoicing, professional advisers such as accountants and solicitors, and authorities where we are required to by law.

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in, remember your printer pairing and support offline working. No advertising trackers.
