Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2026. Plain-English terms for using QuoteSprint.

1. Who you are contracting with

QuoteSprint is operated by Tap One Marketing (“we”, “us”), a business based in England and Wales. By creating a QuoteSprint account you enter into an agreement with Tap One Marketing and agree to these terms.

Tap One Marketing is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a 30-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to continue; unsubscribed accounts move to read-only access so you can still export your data.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Starter plan is £19 per month including unlimited team members. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are set out in Paddle’s Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If QuoteSprint is not right for your business you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Request one at paddle.net or contact us through the support page and we will help.

5. Your content and clients

You own the quotes, templates, prices and client records you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices and measurements you send, and for having a lawful basis to store your clients' details.

6. Quotes, SLAs and agreements

QuoteSprint generates documents from templates you control. The documents are tools, not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every quote, service level agreement, contract and invoice before sending it to a client.

7. Intellectual property

Tap One Marketing owns the QuoteSprint software, branding and documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service on your chosen plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteSprint for unlawful work, to send spam, to attempt to access other merchants' data, to interfere with the security of the service, or to resell it without written permission.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability and the app is designed to keep working offline in the van, syncing when you get signal. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may carry out maintenance.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or security and fraud risk, after reasonable notice where practical. You can export your data before access ends.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
